As a paying customer, you will be charged once per subscription period tied to the plan you chose (for example, on a monthly basis). You can request the cancellation of your subscription in an email to [email protected]
In no event shall PowerDreamer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Materials even if PowerDreamer or a PowerDreamer authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The Materials could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PowerDreamer does not warrant that the Materials are accurate, complete or current. PowerDreamer may make changes to the Materials at any time without notice. However, PowerDreamer does not make any commitment to update the Materials.
PowerDreamer has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Materials and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site, including ODR. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PowerDreamer of the site. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.
Credits normally expire by the next renewal of your subscription. You are responsible for monitoring your credits. If for any reason (data center outage, DDoS attack or any other reason), you did not get an output for a text generation, audio generation or other generation but credits were used, you can request a credit refill within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue. Once per time period determined by your plan, for your convenience, a system may reset automatically your credits to the allocation determined by your plan for that time period. If the system does not reset your credits for any reason during a month, you can request within that month a manual credit reset to your credit allocation for that month by emailing [email protected]
PowerDreamer reserves itself the right to interrupt or shut down all its services at any time without notice and will not be held liable for any damages arising from such services interruption or shut down.
PowerDreamer may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Materials, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
